All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated based on your order's weight, dimensions, and your delivery address, and will be displayed at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (within India):
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days (available at an additional cost).
We may offer free standard shipping on orders exceeding a certain value. This will be clearly stated on our website and applied automatically at checkout if applicable.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
The estimated delivery times provided are from the date of shipment, not the order date. While we strive to meet these estimates, actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or carrier delays.
- Standard Domestic: 5-7 business days
- Express Domestic: 2-4 business days
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number(s). You can use this number to track your order's journey directly on the carrier's website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
5. Shipping Destinations
Currently, Hope4Paws ships exclusively within India. We are working towards expanding our shipping capabilities to international destinations in the future.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging your items, but in the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@hope4paws.in. Please provide your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged packaging/product. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a suitable replacement.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address carefully before confirming your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the re-shipping costs. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
