Our refund policy is designed to be as compassionate and straightforward as our mission, ensuring your satisfaction and the well-being of our furry friends.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact our friendly customer support team at support@hope4paws.in or call us at +1 (234) 567-890 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Carefully package the item(s) with the original packing slip and RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds & Processing:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@hope4paws.in.
Exchanges:
We're happy to facilitate exchanges for items of equal value if you need a different size or color. Please follow the return initiation process and specify that you would like an exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
We meticulously check every item, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no extra charge to you.
Non-Returnable Items:
For the safety and hygiene of all pets, certain items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g., opened food, treats).
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Items related to pet hygiene (e.g., opened grooming products, used litter boxes).
- Gift cards.
